Audrey & Jim's Elegant Orchestra Hall Wedding
It’s not every day that the groom is more in to flowers than the bride! This stunner of a wedding matched the stunner of a couple, whose love for each other is evident in every damn photo. What a pleasure to work at Orchestra Hall again, this hidden gem of a venue is perfect for couples wanting something different - the space is a blank canvas aka a designer’s dream! The towering foyer calls for tall centerpieces. Those tall arrangements stood over 5’8” tall (I know ‘cause I stood next to them!). I loved incorporating “water” per the couple’s request through various shades of blue and water-like elements. My favorite being the original artwork from Josie Lewis - the small, round resin pieces were all different. For the table numbers we simply applied a removable vinyl decal and voila!
It took a village, per usual, to pull off such a spectacular wedding. Sending my thanks to: Melissa Oholendt for the beautiful photographs, Create Catering for the delicious Southern-inspired, multi-course meal followed by cake and mini desserts from Farina Baking Company, gorgeous gown by Ines di Santo finished with Audrey’s “Something Blue” Manolo Blahnik shoes, invitations and day of paper goods from Minted, linen rentals from La Tavola Linens and Mosaic Linens, chairs and tabletop rentals from Ultimate Events, sparkly chargers from Linen Effects, lounge furniture from Rudy’s Event Rentals, and entertainment by Three Six Sound.
