Minneapolis Corporate Gala

This is only a small glimpse of the amazingness that was The Unluckiest Bash - this year's theme for the ILEA Minneapolis-St. Paul Star Awards. This annual awards gala honors our state's finest event professionals and gives them a reason to let loose and celebrate at a party designed with them in mind. The Unluckiest Bash was a true collaboration of so many people and companies and the results have me at a loss for words. The design featured exclusively black and white elements with a touch of macabre. Of course there were unlucky aspects as well, like when the caterer had a "big accident" in the kitchen and we had to serve Chinese takeout (complete with Misfortune Cookies) or making the guests walk under a ladder to enter. I feel lucky to have been apart of this.
